Mobilisights: enabling a smarter world

Exponential growth in adoption and deployment of connected cars and devices is bringing previously unavailable datasets to market – at scale and in real-time.

Our vision is a ‘smarter’ world where innovative applications and services leverage connected vehicle datasets, and the insights they provide, to dramatically transform and continually improve everyday lives for consumers and businesses. Stellantis, one of the largest global car makers and the parent company of fourteen of the most iconic industry brands including Jeep, Fiat, Maserati, Peugeot, and more, has created Mobilisights, a Data-as-a-Service Business Unit, which will harness sensor and other data from millions of connected vehicles and other devices to support data products and services for a growing array of customers and applications.

Mobilisights will operate within a very strict data governance and privacy policy. This includes using anonymized and aggregated data, and only sharing personal data of customers with their consent and only for the specific services of their choosing

Priorities can change in a fast-paced environment like ours, so this role includes, but is not limited to the following responsibilities:

Design and develop large-scale highly configurable, scalable, robust fault-tolerant real time and batch data processing solution to process(transform) large scale streaming data received from connected cars and various external data sources
Drive end to end process including development, code review, testing, continuous integration, and delivery (CI/CD), and deployment
Leading a team of engineers and working closely with cross-functional teams to define and deliver the platform
Collaborating with stakeholders to understand their data needs and ensuring that the platform meets their requirements
Be data driven in decision making and influencing teams, business and partners
Experiment with and recommend new technologies that simplify or improve the tech stack
Envision, design, write and deliver software and infrastructure to improve the reliability, scalability, latency, operability, and efficiency of your services
Continuously monitoring and optimizing the platform’s performance and scalability
Promote excellent software engineering practice and produce high quality code to ensure high availability post deployment
Providing technical leadership and mentoring to other engineers on the team
Providing on-call support for the platform and troubleshooting any issues that arise

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related degree field
10 years or more of industry software engineering experience building software and a proven track record of having shipped successful software products & services
5 or more years of hands-on experience and deep expertise in architecting and building products/platforms using popular public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GC)
Comprehensive experience and familiarity with client-side UI technologies like react, Angular, streamlit, back-end technologies for API development like Node.js as well as 3rd party products and platforms that can be integrated to rapidly build the data monetization platform
Experience in designing and practicing DevSecOps
Experience in designing foundations of Operational excellence and implementing it
Candidates with advanced degree in Computer Science/Eng or related fields accepted at lower experience level

Senior Manager, Business Intelligence

Your Mission
The Global Analytics & Data Products Team is building a best-in-class analytics team in support of Stellantis’ new Software Group. As the leader of the Business Intelligence Team, your mission is to work alongside division leadership and our product and software development partners to raise data literacy and put science into decision-making.

Responsibilities of the role include, but not limited to:

Charged with defining and leading a team to develop a single source of truth for vehicle and software performance
Lead novel analytics efforts to qualitatively deduce and draw conclusions from customer behavior to impact product design
Lead, in partnership with Data Engineering, the design of our business curated data to support reporting of key performance metrics
Be the lead analytics champion for your team, helping insight-driven recommendations, and graduating findings to business actions
Proactively identify and evolve data instrumentation requirements and work with our development teams to ensure successful implementation on time and within budget
Build trusted relationships with the business operations, software, hardware and product teams acting as a conduit of knowledge
Demonstrate strong leadership skills in the hiring, establishment and subsequent development of your team’s goals, talent, output, and growth

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related degree field
10 years of experience in customer/ client-facing analytics role
Mastery of technical skills in SQL/Scala/Spark/Python for ETL, data manipulation and analysis, and visualization tools such as Tableau, Qlik, PowerBI, Looker, etc
Experience with deriving a narrative from data and communicating the results to drive business actions
Expert in maintaining job orchestration tooling (airlfow, jenkins, etc.)
Familiarity working in a notebook based workflow
Experience leading cross-functional teams
A passion for software development and the automotive industry a plus

AI/AD Sensor Simulation Engineer

As an AI/AD Sensor Simulation Engineer you will be required to develop validated simulation solutions with realistic 3D virtual environment and physics-based sensor models aimed at generating high-fidelity synthetic data to train, test and validate perception systems. You will also work on the deployment of these solutions for large-scale simulations on-premise and on-cloud platforms, and on the integration with Real-Time Reprocessing and HiL benches.

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related degree field
Minimum of 5 years’ experience
Experience with simulation software for self-driving cars (e.g. Spectral, dSpace, CarMaker, Carla)
Experience with realistic virtual environments based on game engine technology (e.g. Unity and Unreal)
Knowledge of the physical properties and technologies of ADAS/AD sensors
Knowledge of ADAS/AD systems, components and features
Proficient in Linux OS
Skilled with Matlab/Simulink
Experience with modeling and simulation of physical plant models for ADAS/AD xIL platforms
Familiarity with C# and Python
Knowledge of operating system virtualization (e.g. Docker and Kubernetes)
Excellent communication, collaboration, analytical and problem-solving skills
Fluent in English

Preferred Qualifications:

Master’s Degree in Complex System Physics, Robotics, Mechatronics, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related field
