PROGRAMA DE ESTÁGIO TÉCNICO E SUPERIOR:
This program offers students the opportunity to add practice and experience from the corporate world to their academic knowledge. Interns build character and develop skills accompanied by experienced professionals who lead high-performance teams. Students are able to follow a customized path designed to develop behavioral and organizational competencies, over a 12- to 24-month period of time.

During my internship in FCA, I have the amazing experience of working for a renewed brand, recognized by all Brazilians. A global company that has seen in me the potential to grow together. I´m taking this opportunity with all dedication. Here, I have the chance to see from within how the day to day work in a large company, and also to get in touch with the amazing structure of the productive processes, the implementation of methodologies such as WCM and WCT, not to mention some of the experienced professionals that are making FCA what it is today. The internship is opening doors for a very promising future.
From the beginning of graduation, I knew that in order to achieve my goals, I would have to work very hard, but what would make all difference would be the opportunity to live a professional experience in a large company, such as FCA. When they opened the doors for this to happen, I could see that Fiat goes far beyond a renowned multinational which produces incredible cars. Among the fascinating points of working on it, the ones that impress me most are the passion involved in all its processes, be they productive or administrative, and the enormous appreciation given to employees and their families. There is here a real commitment to deliver to the customers a car that involved a lot of commitment and love for what is done. In addition, being able to learn from extremely skilled and experienced professionals, willing to teach me daily, makes me sure that I have chosen a fantastic place to intern.
Being an intern in a company as large and renowned as FCA has been an incredible experience. Being able to see the daily functioning of such a successful company keeps me motivated to give my best and absorb as much as possible. Here I have the opportunity to learn new things every day and deal with people from different nationalities; it gives me a multidisciplinary learning. Working in the Innovation sector is gratifying, it challenges me to improve my professional skills and I am glad to be part of this team. I am along with FCA looking to the future.
Thanks to this opportunity, I am able to gather divers competencies for my professional career, to be in contact with people from many places in Brazil and in Latin America, to get to know more of the automotive industry and to develop communication skills in English and Spanish. To be in FCA for me is much more than a simple internship.
